A Poetic Healing Experience
This workshop was created with those who carry the weight of emotional pain in mind. I wanted to offer a safe and nurturing space for both poets and non-poets to come together, explore their emotions, and release the burdens that hold us back from healing.
I know firsthand the deep loneliness and despair that can accompany suppressed or unspoken feelings. As a former suicidal teen, I remember feeling misunderstood and isolated, even when surrounded by others. This workshop is my way of extending a hand to those who may feel the same, offering a supportive environment where you can begin your journey toward healing.
Whether you express yourself through poetry or are simply seeking a way to process your emotions, this workshop is designed to help you find your voice, let go of your pain, and take meaningful steps toward emotional and spiritual renewal. Join us in this poetic experience, and let’s heal together.

Join her to explore the spaces in your life where disappointment and grief may have dried up your bones.

F.A.Q.
Q: Is this an in person event?
A: This is a LIVE VIRTUAL event held on zoom
Q: Is there a financial investment?
A: General admission of $45. This covers your live, intimate workshop and the guided "Grave to Garden" framework. If you are a Paid Site Member, this monthly workshop is included in your membership at no additional cost.
Q: Will I have to share my writing?
A: This is an intimate, safe space. While there are opportunities to share and receive sisterly encouragement, you are never pressured to read anything you’ve written. We are simply here to hold the space for you to process.
Q: Is the content the same every month?
A: We use a consistent "Grave to Garden" framework each month. This allows you to use the workshop as a spiritual check-in to see how God is moving in your heart over time. While the prompts remain a steady anchor, your reflections will grow as your season changes..
Q: Is this therapy?
A: This is a guided non-clinical experience and is not considered therapy.
Q: What if I'm not a Christian?
A: The experience is open for non-believers, just be respectful & aware the conversation will be from a biblical lens.
Q: What if I want to go deeper than a one-day workshop?
A: The Grave to Garden workshop is a beautiful starting point. For women ready for a complete transformation, we offer a 12-week Soul Prosperity hybrid program several times a year. Attendees of our monthly workshops often receive priority notification for new cohort dates.
